Loch Ness Productions got its start in the traditional (now "classic") planetarium medium. In the previous millennium, we produced shows designed for multiple slide projector systems, incandescent special effects, and analog tape soundtracks. But, the bits and bytes of computer technology eventually rendered the old slide projector and film equipment passé.

For many planetaria, it's an all-digital world now, and the medium for show distribution today is fulldome video. For those theaters, this is where we focus much of our production efforts today.

However, for those theaters that have not yet converted to fulldome, we can still provide show materials in digital format.
