For digital show packages, it takes only a matter of hours for us to replicate the show materials.

For shows with slides... well, they're on the endangered species list. If we have a show's slide set in stock, the majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours. Otherwise, it is important that you read this before ordering slides.

In order to receive authorization for public performance (for those shows requiring it), a responsible party for a theater or institution needs to agree to the performance terms of the show's license. We issue those licenses for the presenting site only after we receive a signed copy of the License Agreement. To expedite the authorization process, download, print, and sign two copies, and send (or fax) them to us with your order form. When we ship the order, we'll include our signed copy. Otherwise, we'll send the blank agreement forms to be filled out.

When we ship your order, we include an itemized packing list, and send you an e-mail message with the delivery details (including FedEx tracking number if there is one).

For prepaid orders, a cash receipt or credit card slip is included in the package. We will not process credit card charges until your order actually ships.

Federal Express customers: To bypass our handling charge, provide your FedEx account number, and we'll simply check "Bill Recipient" on the airbill.

International customers: You are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and customs fees. When we fill out the required U. S. Customs form, we will not declare a fraudulent value for our products; please do not ask us to do so.

FINANCIAL TERMS

We accept U.S. Dollars in many forms, which includes cash, money orders and personal checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We cannot accept sight or demand drafts, or checks drawn on non-U.S. banks. We accept wire transfers from our international customers for an additional US$30 fee. We accept purchase orders from approved institutions; our standard terms are Net - 30 days, with no discounts allowed. To expedite the process, you can phone, fax, or e-mail us the P.O. number to put on our invoice. As long as your purchasing department is agreeable, we can then pack the invoice with your order, and you can forward it to the paying authority. Our FEIN/Tax ID Number is: 26-1628495.
