YOU'RE COVERED...
With your purchase of this show package, we grant you permission to make all the copies of the script, audio tape, and visuals that you need to produce The Cowboy Astronomer as a planetarium show within your facility (though we'd prefer that you purchase your protection copies from us!)
We also grant you in-house performance and synchronization rights. Within your facility, you are authorized to perform this show as often as you wish (even charge admission to the performances). You may synchronize other visuals with those provided, such as those provided by the planetarium projector -- stars, planets, pointer, etc. -- and special-effects or video projectors to depict rotating Earths, meteors, supernovae, etc.
YOU'RE NOT COVERED...
No portion of the The Cowboy Astronomer -- images, script or soundtrack -- may be used in any other program.
Except as authorized elsewhere, no portion of the show may be distributed or performed on radio, TV, cable, intranet or the Internet.
You may not lend or give any portion of the show to another institution.
Basically, any other usage of the materials in this show package requires the written permission of Loch Ness Productions. So ask us! Tell us what you want to do; we're reasonable people.

ABOUT YOUR PRESENTATION...
We do expect a certain minimum level of performance in your show presentation:
The show must be presented in its entirety. No other audio material may be added to the show (except for pre-show seating and exit music), or edited from the soundtrack.
All of the visual material included in the show package will be used in your presentation.
ABOUT PUBLICITY...
As we see it, we produced the show. You're presenting our production at your planetarium.
In all advertising, posters, press releases, etc. which you create for The Cowboy Astronomer, we should be credited as creators or producers of the show, using such phrases as "created by Loch Ness Productions". You may not imply or state that The Cowboy Astronomer was created or produced by your staff or facility, nor that Loch Ness Productions is presenting the program at your facility. You may use such phrases as "The McKluth Planetarium presents..." in billing the program.
We've included biographical and promotional material about the people involved in our show production. While you may use this material in your publicity releases, you may not alter it to state or imply that any individual or Loch Ness Productions is endorsing your presentation.
