Loch Ness Productions is increasingly involved in a variety of projects that bring astronomy to the public through new media forms. Our expertise is featured in multi-media production services for exhibits and online "broadcast" projects, as well as content for software and other products.

Here are some projects we've worked on recently.

Griffith Observatory

Writing for Griffith Observatory

In 2005, Loch Ness Productions vice-president Carolyn Collins Petersen began working with Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, California, under contract to the Friends of the Observatory (FOTO). During this time she has served as senior science writer for an extensive astronomy exhibition, writing astronomy outreach copy for more than 160 text panels, as well as a number of multi-media and video exhibits. Her association with Griffith continues, and as a result, Carolyn has been consulting with other facilities about astronomy content for their exhibits.
