MAILING & PUBLICATION PREFERENCES

At Loch Ness Productions, we value your personal privacy as much as you do. We certainly don't want to annoy you with mailings from us that you don't want to receive! So if you say, "remove me from your list," we will!

But we do make a distinction between individuals and institutions, which may be a consideration if you work in the planetarium field.

We maintain a database of planetarium facilities around the world. We publish some of the data as the LNP Dome Theater Compendium, in HTML form, and Online! here on our Web site. In addition to planetarium theater data, we include a list of staff members. Quite honestly, most planetarians *want* their names included, so that colleagues in the profession can contact them easily, to give just one reason. We offer you the choice: you can be included in the LNP Dome Theater Compendium, yet still be excluded from receiving our promotional mailings; or we can remove your name completely.

NOTE: Removing an individual's name will not remove the planetarium itself from our database. We don't consider data about a planetarium to be a matter of personal privacy. We may choose to send generically addressed mail to planetarium institutions (the equivalent of "Occupant" or "Postal Patron").
