Images are always in stock; orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

Files delivered via the Internet are usually sent as E-mail attachments. FTP is also available upon request; we include instructions for downloading from our ftp site in our reply. There is no charge for Internet delivery.

When we process your order, we send you an e-mail message with the delivery details and payment particulars, printable as your receipt. We will not process credit card charges until your order actually ships. For Internet delivery, your zip file will be attached to a subsequent email, with the text of the License in the body of the message. For physical packages, we send an itemized packing list along with a cash receipt or credit card slip in the package, and include the FedEx tracking number (if there is one) in the e-mail message.

Federal Express customers: To bypass our handling charge, provide your FedEx account number, and we'll simply check "Bill Recipient" on the airbill.

International customers: You are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and customs fees. When we fill out the required U. S. Customs form, we will not declare a fraudulent value for our products; please do not ask us to do so.

We accept U.S. Dollars in many forms, which includes cash, money orders and personal checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept American Express credit cards, sight or demand drafts, or checks drawn on non-U.S. banks.

We accept wire transfers from our international customers for an additional US$30 fee. Bank account and routing information are printed on the invoice we will send you for approval, after we receive your order.

We accept purchase orders from approved institutions; our standard terms are Net 30 Days, with no discounts allowed. To expedite the payment process, include your P.O. number in the message area of the order form. As long as your purchasing department is agreeable, we will send our invoice as a PDF attached to your e-mail acknowledgement, and you can forward it to the paying authority. Be sure to include the delivery method and cost on the P. O.!

A W-9 Form can be sent as a PDF; we usually include a printed one with a snail-mailed invoice.
